Jamaican Gospel Artiste, DeiNavi, Releases “Everlasting Love” — A Soul-Stirring Anthem of Divine Reassurance and Spiritual Restoration

With her recent re-emergence, Jamaican gospel artiste DeiNavi reclaims her voice and spiritual mantle in the heartfelt new single Everlasting Love” — now available on all major streaming platforms. Soulful, confessional, and profoundly healing, the track was birthed from the wilderness of waiting, the weight of regret, and the unwavering comfort of God’s presence.

More than just a song, Everlasting Love is a testimony wrapped in melody — exploring themes of distance, restoration, and God’s relentless pursuit. Blending Afro-soul rhythms with the richness of Scripture, the single draws from Jeremiah 31:3 (“I have loved you with an everlasting love…”) and Jeremiah 3:13, which calls God’s people to acknowledge their wandering and return to His embrace. The track’s introspective tone and spiritual depth make it ideal for listeners wrestling with doubt, shame, or spiritual fatigue.

Its Afro-soul warmth and gospel undertones create a spacious, reflective atmosphere, equally suited for private devotion or public worship.

“I remember God waking me up with the rhythm of the song and the one line, ‘I have loved you with an everlasting love’ — and I fell in love with hearing the words and the sound that came with it,” DeiNavi shares.

DeiNavi wrote and produced the single herself, building on a custom base track created by Jay-Vis McIntosh of Pioneer Music originally in 2017. Though conceived years ago, she delayed the release until what she describes as “God’s appointed time.”

“It just wasn’t the season yet. Now that I’ve re-entered the space,  this reassurance is deeply fitting — not only for me,  but also as a reminder for persons who counted themselves out  because of their inner battles.”

Opening with the vulnerable lines: “Truth is, I’m far from you Though my lips say I’m close... I’ve been deceived, thought I could do this on my own…”

...the song captures the confession of a soul weighed down by shame and the illusion of self-reliance, before being met with God’s loving reply:

“I have loved you with an everlasting love And I chose you with an everlasting love Now will you surrender your burdens onto me As I clothe you with an everlasting love…”

Anchored in the timeless promise of Jeremiah 31:3, the chorus becomes both an invitation and a balm for those struggling to return home spiritually.

“I didn’t want this to be a polished performance,” she says.  “I wanted it to be an encounter. Confusion in the beginning that's indicative of desert or valley seasons, and then the introduction of God's piercing voice of peace in the midst. This is the kind of song that meets people in their silence — in their shame — and reminds them that God’s love didn’t change and that He welcomes their questions amid their despair because He IS the answer.”

The bridge offers an especially tender moment of clarity and comfort: “Your love shows me that the shadows are not home Your light reveals that I am not alone You chasten me, I’m better built with ya...”

With Everlasting Love, DeiNavi signals a new chapter in her ministry and music — one rooted in honesty, surrender, and divine timing. Whether you’re a worshipper, a wanderer, or someone in between, the message is clear: you are never too far gone to be held again.
